"Do NOT ever go there, ever! Never been through anything like this before, ever, just for liability insurance on my second car. They extorted money from me, a disable senior citizen. It has been over 2 months and things still aren't right. I kept getting email bills, when I already paid in full. Then received yet, another bill, for a different amount via text. Most INCOMPETENT people I have ever met. In my day, when in business, you make a mistake, you fix it, no matter the cost. No accountability here. They DHOULD NOT be in business. They still owe me $119.83"

"My State Farm account was transferred to this agency. As long as you don't have any policy changes or need to contact them, I'm sure they could be fine. I was double billed about a year and a half ago. It look about a year for them to agree they double billed me (despite me giving them the dates of the payments) and told me a check would be coming. That was in November 2023. I email for updates and get a response from Delia about once every 4 emails. I tried contacting Jackie and when I did get a response, I was told that Delia knows "more about the policies" and I should work with her. No one seems to care they've had my money for a year and a half. This has been a horrible experience."

"My family used to be clients of Ms. Jackie Grant Holland, however, error after error would occur and no appropriate resolution or answer would be provided by Jackie or the staff. We switched to another agent a little while back ago who has been nothing but superb, fixing all of Jackie’s and her staffs mistakes. Yesterday my family met with our agent to go over a policy we hadn’t looked at for years- we then found out Ms. Holland’s office made mistakes on the Universal Life Policies my sister and I have. The policies would be out of money in less than 10 years. Now, my sister and I have to pay an exorbitant amount per month to fix this mistake. Not only did this happen to my family, it happened to my uncle, who too was a client of Ms. Holland. He too switched to my current agent and ultimately had to cancel the Universal Life Policies for his two daughters. If Jackie is your agent, I would highly recommend looking at your current policies with a fine tooth comb, and switching agents. My family and I thought we were finally out of the woods with all the errors that had been done by this office. We are now back to square one. Please save yourself this pain."

"Walked in the other day for requesting a quote for an insurance plan and Delia helped me out so much and even gave me some advice as to how I should go about in making a new car purchase and what vehicles will help lower my rate and still be a safe car. While Jackie was not in office I can see why she may be absent for Delia is very knowledgeable and helpful."

"I been with State Farm for maybe 10 + years and this is the third time in two years I've had a problem with Jackie Grant staff. They are untrained very unprofessional and have the attitudes as if they could careless what the problem is that you are inquiring about with your policy. The wrong information has been put in and im being charged for it. Mrs. Grant if you read this post I am asking that you please train your staff correctly; If not you will lose a lot of clients."
